4. Event & Venue Etiquette
4.1 Follow the instructions of event hosts, instructors, or venue staff.
4.2 Respect the physical space — keep it clean and free from hazards.
4.3 Be punctual and come prepared for scheduled activities.
5. Social Media & Public Representation
5.1 Represent NJBSD in a positive and respectful manner online.
5.2 Do not share private group discussions or members’ personal details.
5.3 Tag NJBSD in photos and videos where appropriate and with consent.
6. Consequences for violations
6.1 Violations may result in a verbal or written warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal.
6.2 No refunds will be issued in cases of suspension or removal due to guideline violations.
6.3 In serious cases, incidents may be referred to relevant authorities.
