Welcome to NJB Social Dance. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by NJB Social Dance LTD. and NJB Social Dance (USA) LLC (together “NJB Social Dance,” "NJBSD," “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking a service, attending an event, or using our website or online platforms, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided
We offer social dance classes, performances, event hosting, and online dance-related content. Services may be provided in person, online, or through third-party platforms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian to participate.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or booking services.
3. Booking, Payments & Refunds
- All bookings must be made through our approved channels.
- Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds are only available in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy (link to KB or policy page).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events or classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers may request rescheduling based on availability and with reasonable notice.
5. Conduct & Safety
- Respectful behavior toward instructors, performers, staff, and fellow participants is required at all times.
- We are not liable for injuries sustained during classes or events — participation is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
- All class materials, choreography, images, videos, and branding are the property of NJB Social Dance.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding results or specific outcomes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Bahamas (for NJB Social Dance LTD.) and the State of Wyoming, USA (for NJB Social Dance USA LLC).
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date.
